Return and Refund policies

• Items have to be returned within 14 days after items delivered
• Items must be in good condition e.g. package must not be open or damage
• Customers have to contact sales@2bshop.com.au providing issues with the products
• Customers will receive packing slips via email to put on the box and have to send items back to our warehouse, address 87-103 Epsom Rd. Rosebery NSW 2018
• Freight costs involved with the return process will be the responsibility of the customers
• Refund will be processed within 14 days once the items have arrived at the warehouse
• A restocking fee of 15% applied to all returned items
